It is an acknowledged fact that at least 1 in 10 office workers suffer with musculoskeletal disorders, disabilities or conditions that adversely affect their posture, inhibiting their ability to work comfortably and effectively. Our work with the British Chiropractic Association has enabled us to pinpoint a great opportunity for Chiropractors to utilise the full product range from Ergochair, from our Level 1 ZentoFit up to our Level 2 Adapt chairs. It is a great commercial opportunity and provides an additional service offering to the client base.
Very often we hear from health professionals that they have existing clients who after a treatment, walk out of the clinic, going back to an office environment, and repeating their behaviours which have caused the original issues. Sitting on a chair not built for their needs, for 8 hours a day, is exasperating the issues/conditions that you have been aiding them with during their appointments. The Ergochair offer a solution to the wrap around care you could provide.
We have put together two packages for Chiropractors looking at collaboration opportunities, which are detailed below. The two options are ‘Assessment Only’ or ‘Assessment, Ordering, Delivery & Install’.
Assessment Only
Level 1 – The ZentoFit chair is able to be assessed straight away and can be done online if required. A simple interactive PDF document will be provided which allows either you or the user to specify the chair by taking 4 measurements and fitting the user into the best fit chair and any optional extras required.
Level 2 – The Adapt chair is able to be assessed after completing one of our easiSpec training days which is a FOC one day training course at our offices in Bristol for this to go through the process of assessing and specifying one of our Adapt chairs. Once completed you will be equipped with an air cell/foam kit and access to our easiSpec assessment tool to assist with specifying the Adapt range. Our easiSpec® Assessment Software programme is used to assess the requirements of users with postural issues and provides an accurate prescription and report for every individual in the form of a bespoke specification, guaranteed to achieve a positive result every time. Assessments can be a chargeable service and you could then work with one of our trade partners who will take the specification and then manage the order, delivery and install.
Assessment, Ordering & Delivery/Install
Further to the assessments, you could open your own ‘dealer’ account which will give you the ability to purchase the chair from us on trade terms. As standard, the chairs go out boxed so would require assembly. This could be done at your clinic prior to your customer collecting the chair, on-site or we can offer a chargeable service which is a fully built chair being delivered. You could then have a follow up phone call with the client to run through any controls/questions.
